Queries for June (Sixth Month) on Spirituality
• Do we seek to keep ourselves sensitive and responsive to the Inner Light and to live according to its promptings?
• How does our religion find expression in daily life?
• Do we respond to that of God in those with whom we differ?
• What are we doing to develop our own spiritual gifts and those of fellow worshipers?
• Does our vocal ministry arise from a clear spiritual leading?
• Do we encourage mutual respect for varying expressions of religious belief among fellow Quakers?

Announcements and Upcoming Events
Today: Potluck Dinner to Discuss Forming a Special Interest Group for Practicing Relationship Enrichment
Cynthia Magistro and Barry Beal are hosting a potluck dinner on June 14 at 6:00pm to discuss the possible formation of a group to practice relationship enrichment skills. While Friends General Conference (FGC) offers workshops on "Couples Enrichment" and some monthly meetings around the country have regular couples enrichment groups based on this FGC method, Barry & Cynthia are more familiar with techniques based on the research of Dr John Gottman. All are encouraged to attend this potluck, whether or not you are in a committed relationship. There is no obligation for joining the group, if it gets started.

College Supply Drive: In cooperation with East End Cooperative Ministries, our Meeting will be collecting school and dormitory supplies for a local college student in need (to remain anonymous). For a list of needed items, please see the box labeled, "College Supplies" in the front hall of the Meetinghouse. You can also drop any contributions in this box. Please contact Connor Hestdalen if you have any questions.

Typists are needed! If you would like to volunteer as a typist for those with difficulty hearing during Meeting for Worship please contact Susan Loucks.

Registration for Fall Gathering 2015: Fall Gathering will be September 19-20th at Camp Crestfield. Vonn New will be the facilitator in an exploration of worship with her workshop “Sounding the Divine!” Included in this year’s plans are exciting activities such as the climbing wall or the ropes course, dancing, singing, and other surprises. At rise of meeting, members of the Fall Gathering Committee will be answering questions about the gathering and taking registrations or you can ask any of us at any time! Forms will be available, or you can register online at http://goo.gl/forms/9r1SVkGujR. Register early so you won’t miss out!

Green Cards are in the parlor, sitting on a coffee can on a table in the corner opposite the piano. They ask for name, address, phone, email, children, and how you want to get the newsletter or bulletin, and if you want to be in the Meeting Directory. All is optional, but it is good to be able to contact and be contacted by Meeting attenders (you don’t need to be a Member). The information will NOT be available to the general public.

2015 Gathering – Friends General Conference invites you to "Taste the vibrancy and the variety that is available by immersing yourself in this community of Friends for a week." Western Carolina University, July 5-11. Anyone who has attended a Gathering before will be happy to tell you more.
