Pittsburgh Friends Meeting this Sunday

Adult Education, Special Workshop – Being a Member of a Quaker Meeting: What Does It Mean To You? Sun., April 22, 12:30-3pm at the Meeting House. Dr. Stephen Angell, who is Geraldine Leatherock Professor of Quaker Studies -Earlham School of Religion, and part of the Traveling Ministries Program at ESR will share his broad understanding of the history of Quaker membership, then guide us through an interactive discussion of how PFM’s members and attenders view membership. Following lunch, all are welcome to join with us to engage with an issue that is deeply important to the vitality and spiritual life of our meeting.
